The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, June 14, arraigned one Rita Ukeke, Franklin Ibe, Mamam Mahammed Hamidu, Isei Pius Divine and Yusuf Ibrahim Muhammed before Justice
O. O Goodluck of the FCT High Court, Maitama on an eleven count charge bordering on criminal conspiracy, advance fee fraud, obtaining by false pretence and impersonation to the tune of 29 million naira.The five accused persons are alleged to have conspired to forge land documents, impersonate the property owner and fraudulently sold a land in the Gwarimpa district of Abuja to one Honourable Mrs Ezeani Thankgod Nnamdi.
