Zambian newspaper publisher Fred M'memba
Post Newspapers Editor Fred M'membe may have just reincarnated the publication under a different name The Mast.
A new publication under the banner of The Mast has hit the street with everything about the tabloid style with M'membe written all over it.
On Tuesday the Lusaka High Court appointed advocates Lewis and Nathan as provisional liquidators The Post Newspapers.
High Court judge Sunday Nkonde set November 9 as the date for Inter Parte hearing.
On Wednesday the firm appointed as liquidators continue driving the nail in The Post carcass by firing advocates for The Post Nchito and Nchito owned by brothers Nchima and Mutembo.
In June the Zambia Revenue Authority closed The Post Newspapers over a disputed K53 million.
M'membe is fighting on all fronts to keep The Post Newspapers afloat and has during the period of closure kept the paper coming out from a clandestine location.
