Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of Uganda, surprised many locals as he was spotted fetching water on a bicycle in a Kawumu village, Luweero District.
The President said he did this to mobilize and demonstrate drip irrigation for crops that he planted on a land recently acquired by the government.
